If goods are in stock we aim to despatch them within 3 working days. Other items may take 14-21 days.

UK jewellery is sent by Royal Mail next day delivery and so will be with you the working day following despatch
Europe jewellery is tracked by Royal Mail, delivery is expected to be 3-5 days following despatch
Rest of the World jewellery is tracked by Royal Mail, delivery is expected to be 5-7 days following despatch

Please note that any duty or taxes incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer


We hope you are delighted with your purchase but should you wish to return any item you have 14 days to do so, for a full refund (postage cannot be refunded unless goods were sent in error or were faulty)

Return to Stephanie Ray, Studio W5, Cockpit Yard, Northington Street, London WC1N 2NP. UK, in the original packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure safe return, goods lost in transit cannot be replaced or refunded so you are advised to use an insured postal service
